“The Eagle's Nest" is a brand new No Boundaries (NoBo) 10.7. Big things can come in a small package! It is lightweight (2000 lbs), versatile, and rugged all at the same time. Inside, you'll find a queen bed/sofa and a beautiful fireplace and television. The fireplace provides heat, and there is also an air conditioner for warmer days.***We welcome spring/fall/colder weather camping and use! The Nest is equipped with a cold weather package.*** Please note! The heat provided in the trailer itself is the electric fireplace. The fireplace will not run off solar or propane. A 3600 watt generator or 30 Amp plug in are the only ways to run the heat. The tent is thick and quilted, but is still a tent, and therefore does not have its own heat source.*If you’d like to snuggle up and have a movie night, we provide an fire stick and a lighting to Hdmi so you can stream your favorite shows from your phone. DVD/BluRay is available upon request. The rooftop tent is 80” (the size of a king sized bed) and is easy to set up, just pull down the ladder and install the front porch supports. Or, if you choose delivery, we will set up and take all of that down for you!Outside, well, that's where all the really fun stuff is. Open up the back to reveal a beautiful outdoor kitchen with live edge countertops, refrigerator, stove, sink, and a 30 foot extendable hose that can wash off anything from your toes to your doggie bowls. There is also an LP hookup available for portable grills/griddles.Venture further and find a 270 degree Rhino Batwing Awning that wraps around the majority of the camper so you can truly enjoy the outdoors. Then, if you choose to step up the adventure, we offer a Free Spirit FSR rooftop tent to sleep up to 3 more people! Climb the ladder, cozy in, and open the side vents to see the stars and feel the evening breeze. For our outdoor enthusiasts, the Eagle's Nest also offers a Rhino Rack system. Rent our kayaks, or bring your own if you have them.No shower/bathroom facilities? No worries! We have a changing tent and porta potty available. The kitchen hose is 30 feet and will provide warm water.Feel free to reach out with questions. The nest runs mostly on electric, but we do have a generator available to rent if you prefer to stay away from the big parks. I am also happy to help find a site that suits your needs. We are located near Itasca State Park in the Paul Bunyan State Forest, so there are plenty of places to camp, and plenty to do and see! Please note, a waiver is required for those who wish to use the rooftop tent. Please select the add on for the tent if you would like to include it in your booking Thanks for looking! What's includedFresh linens for the main bed, and linens for the rooftop tent (if reserved). Basic lightweight dishware and cookware/cooking utensils. More items (kayaks, firewood, etc) are available as add-ons. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is something else that you need! If you’d like to snuggle up and have a movie night, we provide an fire stick and a lighting to HDMI so you can stream your favorite shows from your phone. DVD/BluRay is available upon request.RecommendationsWe are located very close to Itasca State Park! Visit the headwaters of the Mississippi! The park offers plenty of areas for biking, kayaking, hiking, skiing and snowmobiling. We are also close to La Salle Rec Area, Long Lake Park (Kayaking and trout fishing), and the Paul Bunyan State Forest. There is a lot to do here and I am happy to help you find a place!Other things to noteThe tent is an optional feature at this time. For safety reasons, we do require a waiver and extra fee for use of the tent.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
    A.
I am a homeschooling mom, so my schedule can be flexible for the most part for pick-ups. Deliveries usually have to be after 4pm during the week or more flexible on the weekends. This all also depends on turnaround times from the previous rental. I do my best to accommodate our guests!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
    A.
The electric is 30 amp. It can be plugged in to a 30 amp or 50 amp. We also have an adapter for it to plug in to 110 power. We have a generator or solar panel available for rent, and this, along with dual battery system, allows this unit to camp off grid nicely. The TV is even 12 volt. There is no sewer, just gray water that drains from the sink. The water can either be filled in a tank with the pump running the faucet and hose, or you can plug in to "city" water at the campground.

Q.I love the outdoors, can this unit accomodate my e-bike and kayak?
    A.
YES! We love the outdoors too, that is why we bought this one! It is outfitted with a Rhino Rack and has a hitch on the back to put bikes or whatever you love to tow around!
