Welcome to the Clark! 31ft of classic luxury any Griswold would be proud to experience. With a queen size bedroom, 2 full size bunks, a fold out couch, and convertible dinette, the Clark sleeps 10 family members, 11 if you count Aunt Edna up on the roof! The kitchen has everything needed to create masterful meals- Stove, Oven, Near Full Size Fridge and Freezer, Microwave, and all the necessary tools to enjoy them. Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils, Bakeware. Linens are available for fee for the permanent bedding, bring a sleeping bag or blankets for the pull out or conversion. The bathroom features a full size shower, sink, and commode and is stocked with towel sets to serve 6 campers. With TV's in the living area and master bedroom, you'll be relaxing off to slumber enjoying the apps from Roku enabled devices (Wifi or hotspot permitting). Outdoors enjoy the pull out stove and mini beverage fridge while you relax in the provided deluxe camp chairs. Don't let the length deter you, this is one of the smoothest pulling 31ft trailers I've experienced.What's includedDeluxe camp chairs, fully stocked utensils/plates/cups in kitchen. Coffee maker and mugs. Propane is not provided, renters may choose the propane add-on for additional charge, or receive unit with whatever propane level is currently and supply their own propane.RecommendationsWhile awning use is not prohibited I recommend you add the EZ-Up canopy add-on. The #1 way renters lose their deposit is through retractable awning mishaps, it's just not worth it to extend the awning (That goes for ANY trailer, not just mine. Maybe someday they'll perfect the design)Other things to noteFestivals on approval only, must contact me with details.

Jay was very communicative throughout the entire process, and was very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. He gave us a thorough briefing on the unit and its features, and was available if we had additional questions. Incredible experience, would absolutely rent again!
