Take this ultra-lite RV anywhere with you to enjoy the outdoors or an event. It has a kitchen with an island, and more space to enjoy than bunk bed floor plans. It has adjoining open living and dining spaces so you can eat, work, and play with your family. This RV is equipped with a power awning.
There is a queen bedroom and the dinette converted to a bed (additional airbed available on request). These spaces have plenty of room to accommodate a grown-up or two kids on each. We recommend a total occupancy of 5 for optimal comfort but it's easily possible to bundle up additional kids.
There are two hanger wardrobes and overhead storage in the bedroom, and more storage in the living room which provides enough storage for a long trip. There is storage in the kitchen, bathroom, and outside for your stuff. You are welcome to bring your own bedding or opt for our linen supply.
There are a number of power outlets and USB charging stations. Propane powers the fridge while you are on the road. There are space heaters/fans to maintain airflow and save on propane when you are plugged in at a campsite.
IF YOU ARE Towing the RV, check-in/out timings are flexible. Just let us know a day before, we’ll keep it ready for you. Extra time is charged on hourly basis.

2. If delivery or pickup falls on a weekday, please keep in mind that weekday delivery/pickup is only possible after 6 pm unless agreed otherwise. For such bookings, please ask for a late checkout at campsite while making a site reservation or book an extra night. You can check out anytime, we’ll pick up the RV after 6 pm. You can proceed with instant booking if you have arranged for pickup after 6 pm.
3. If you need delivery or pick up on weekdays - day time, please communicate with us.
What's included
We'll include a basic kitchen, cleaning, and toilet supplies to get you going. You are welcome to bring your own linen or choose our add-on package. By default, the items would not be supplied unless you chose the add-on.
You can make a special request with our concierge service like stock the fridge in advance.
Recommendations
We do recommend safety when it comes to towing. If your vehicle is not equipped with a sway control and brake control system, please talk to us. We can provide the equipment and training so that you can safely hit the road.
We recommend min 30amp site with full hookups (electric, water, sewer) so that you are not limited to resources in any way.
Only special RV toilet paper is to be used. Residential paper / sanitary products would choke the toilet.
The supplied queen-size mattress comes with a memory foam topper and protector for additional comfort. We provide 2 memory foam pillows of My Pillow brand. If you plan to bring your own bedding, sleeping bags provide great comfort and are easy to carry, also you’ll need a fitted sheet (queen), and pillowcases for the bedroom. Towels and extra pillows as needed.
Other things to note
The occupancy is limited to 5 adults max or a family with small kids not exceeding a total of 6 people.
Please note that the RV roof is not designed for climbing, walking, or sitting.
Width of the vehicle with slides closed is 8 feet, if you plan to pass though a narrow gate it must be at least 10 feet wide. When you park with slides open the width would be approximately 12 feet. Height is 11.1 feet.
The electricity connection cable is about 20 feet long with 30 amp plug - the kind you find in large home appliances like a dryer or range.
We will supply a 20 feet hose meant for RV/marine water supply. This should be only used for potable water connections. For washing and rinsing there is another 50 feet hose, do not connect water hose and washing/rinsing hose with each other to avoid contamination.
Sewer hose is stored in the rear bumper, connectors are in a box also on the bumper. Please rinse them before storing.
Cleaning fee is strictly enforced if the vehicle is returned untidy - including the exterior, interior, inside drawers, shelves, under the table, and bins. Wipe and dry all surfaces and shower area.
A dumping fee is applicable if the tanks are not empty on return. The delivery fee does not include cleaning and emptying the black water tanks. If the site does not have sewer hookup, and tanks needs to be emptied when you check out - you will be charged a fee.
We can fill RV freshwater tank at the time of delivery for FREE* if the site does not have a water hookup. *Subject to availability.

First you changed the type of unit that I originally ordered and then you changed the pick up location. Furthermore, The owner was not present when I returned the unit. Also we did not use propane and more he wants to charge me. Horrible experience and I’ll never rent again

Hi David, thanks for your review. We switched the trailer with your approval and weeks of advance notice. You had a choice to decline. On the day of return, you did not contact us at the time of arrival. We found the trailer parked on street nearby. The system uses propane to heat water and to fuel the fridge, customers can top up and show receipt to avoid a charge. You did not communicate with us and left without completing checkout process.

My experience was horrible. 1) To start the trip when I picked up the trailer I was unaware that I needed my own hitch, I didn’t have the correct hitch with sway bars so I had to rent his for an “extra fee”. Most would assume when you rent a trailer the hitch comes with it. I guess not. 2) The original trailer (2021 28’) I rented had got totaled before my trip so he said he will “upgrade” me at no cost.. he sent the pic over and it was a generic pic of a new trailer, so I accepted the “upgrade” when I got to his house to pick up the trailer this was not the same trailer. This trailer was a 2006 older trailer. Seemed deceiving! 3) When you take a shower water drained from under the trailer all over our camp site, he blamed it on us he said we stepped on the drain inside the shower to hard. I’m not sure how that happened considering when my son (65lbs) was first to shower and that is when it started. 3) Under the sink had a slow leak that made the trailer smell like grey water for 2 days till we finally figured out where it was coming from, he again blamed that on us. This trip was horrible, please be aware when renting from this guy.

We took the RV up to a Northern California lake at 5500'. My Ram 1500 pulled it up the steep inclines with no problem. RB was very helpful with the setup on the day that I picked it up. Really had no questions once I got to our destination. The trailer had a nice layout and slept 3 comfortably. I will rent this trailer again and recommend this to others.
