Hello fellow campers, Our family would like to help you make wonderful memories, with the help of renting our RV. Our 28 foot RV is ready for the road and ready to take you on your next adventure. Due to Covid-19 we are not supplying bedding or linen at this time. The futon/sofa couch and dining table bed fits a full size sheet, the overhead driver bed fits a Cal king. Bed above driver seat has a max weight limit of 350 lbs., and the master bedroom fits a queen size sheet. YOU Must Return our RV sanitized and cleaned before drop off or a fee of $500 will be charged. Any damage not noted on the departure form will be a fee of $500 or cost of repair if greater than deposit. We also recommend renting a day ahead of your departure for pick up (WE DO NOT Deliver) and paperwork completion. Also as a reminder ALL Weekday Pick UPS AND Departures will be After 3 p.m. All drivers must upload a valid drivers license and be present at time of pick up for paperwork completion. Driver needs to test drive around our neighborhood as a requirement through Outdoorsy. The RV tanks also need to be emptied before drop off or a $200 fee will be charged if we need to empty them ourselves. Cigarette smoking is NOT allowed. We DO NOT allow pets to travel. Our awning is NOT included in rental. No climbing on roof.
We will have some kitchen ware and utensils available. We also supply some cleaning products under kitchen sink as well, for sanitizing. NO DRY Camping. We recommend camping with Full Hook-UPS (sewer, electric, and water) There is one slide out for extra room for comfort in the living area. We include 4 hours of generator use per day after daily usage will be $3 per hour. 100 miles a day will be free of charge, overage of mileage will be .35 cents per mile. We also Only reschedule booking for one week out. On board propane is included. All conversations and reservations will be submitted through Outdoorsy and no favors or price reducing will be tolerated. Thank you!
