Overview:
The perfect size RV for weekend getaways or extended cross country trips. It's easy to drive and park and the electric slide outs and awning make setup and tear down quick and painless. The kitchen boasts a large counter space that is not found in many RVs, perfect for buffet or family style dinners or multiple pizza boxes. Amenities include a queen sized bed, over cab bunk, pullout sofa, full shower, 2 TVs inside and 1 large TV outside. There is a rear view camera to assist when backing up and plenty of storage space for all of your gear.Driving:
The Ford E450 chassis provides a nice easy driving platform for this RV and the Ford V10 engine is very reliable provides plenty of power for this RV. WIth Air-Ride suspension in the rear and oversize sway-bars, this RV rides smooth, quiet and comfortable. Driving is effortless and it stays very steady at high speeds. This RV is very stable and drives much like a large SUV. It will only take a few minutes behind the wheel and you will be very comfortable driving it. With a backup camera that displays automatically when you put it into reverse you will have all the help you need backing into a camping space. The rear camera can also be displayed at anytime at the press of a button. This is helpful when checking the rear of the vehicle while driving. An RV GPS is included with the rental. Gasing UP: The RV runs on regular Unleaded gas so you fill it up just as you would your car. Just be cautious when pulling in to the gas station to ensure that the overhang is high enough to accommodate the height of the RV.Living Area:
The sofa is large enough for 3 people to sit comfortably. There is also a U-shaped Dinette booth and table. The 32" flatscreen TV can be easily viewed from both the sofa and the dinette. Vinyl floors throughout make for easy cleanup. 32" flatscreen TV with remote control and DVD player. All TVs are cable-ready - if you plug into the campground cable. Or can use the rooftop antenna. The Antenna provides great reception and will general pull in about 40 - 60 digital channels depending on the location.Kitchen Area:
The kitchen has a sink, a 3-Burner gas stove, microwave, and large refrigerator with plenty of cabinets and counter space. The large counter space provides ample room for setting up a buffet style family dinner or provides plenty of space for pizza boxes. This much counter space is unique and not found in many RVs. You will love this RV just for it's counter and storage space! Kitchen Includes: Basic pots, pans, flatware, dishes and cups. Also included is a Kuerig Coffee maker and an assortment of coffee and teas.Bathroom:
The bathroom is decent size for an RV and includes a toilet and sink and a nice size counter area. There is also a wall cabinet for some extra storage space. 4 sets for towels are included: each set includes a Bath Towel, a Hand Towel and a Wash Cloth.Bedroom:
A wood pocket door separates the bedroom from the main living area. The master suite boasts a walk around queen bed and plenty of closet space. There is a large double door closet with sliding mirrored glass doors. There are closets on either side of the bed along with a small night stand on each side with pullout drawers and a large overhead cabinet above the bed. The bedroom also has a large walk-in shower with glass door and a residential style shower-head. (this is a big plus - most RV showers dribble water out - this one provides nice constant shower pressure.) There is also a small flatscreen TV in the bedroom with remote.Sleeping:
While the RV can technically sleep 8 people. It is perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. So, a family of 4 will have plenty of room or 2 adult couples will also find plenty of room as well. It can definitely sleep 8 people but it is much more roomy and comfortable with 4 to 6 people. The master suite contains a queen size bed and comfortable mattress. The Overhead bunk provides a full size bed for two and includes a safety harness to prevent little ones from falling out of bed at night. The sofa and dinette area can be converted into beds as well. The sofa is a full size while the dinette bed is slightly larger than a twin. The sofa and dinette converted beds are perfect for kids while the overhead bunk and queen bed are great for the adults.
Linens: Are Included for the Master Bedroom and the Over Cab Bunk - includes pillows with cases, a fitted and flat sheet, and comforter.Outdoors:
A 21' electric awning can be deployed easily with the press of a button to provide shade or shelter from the rain. There is also a 32" flatscreen TV outside that is perfect for watching your favorite shows while relaxing under the awning or catching up on the news while you cook breakfast on the add-on griddle. With plenty of storage space in the RV you can take along all of your favorite outdoor gear.
