Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Nope! Super straight forward and factory - no special instructions!
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Super standard, we will cover this upon pick up. Plug and play is really best way to describe it! Plug in power, water hose and poop chute and your camping!
Q.What type of car/truck do you need to tow this trailer? What are the hitch requirements?

None silly! Class C RV is drivable - no special license required!
