2017 Forest River Rockwood Hard Side A212HW High Wall POP-UP trailer, 21 feet long.This is a functional unit that works great for couples or small families. Most people that rent this unit have 2 Adults and 2-3 kids and it can be towed by smaller vehicles with a tow capacity of 2500 pounds or more.This is an awesome little trailer that packs a lot of features. One of the best is that it has an upgraded Queen Size Tuft and Needle bed in the back and a Full Size bed where the dinette table is that folds flat for sleeping.There is also a Cool KAT AC unit that is under the bed (Needs a 30 amp camp site or a generator to run it). I have one for an additional cost.Next; is the kitchen area with a 3-burner cooktop with an oven, also has a microwave and a propane powered refrigerator and a double-bowl sink and has an outside shower with heated water (propane).Also has a radio with speakers inside and outside the unit, comes with a propane grill that attaches to the side of the unit as well.Comes with linens for both beds, some flatware, cookware and paper plates. Most people bring their favorite pillow and call it good for the weekend.If you have any questions, feel free to ask...
