This Immaculate Class C RV, nicknamed "Chica", features all Magic Chef appliances including convection/microwave oven, gas range, and the electric 12 volt refrigerator. Because they operate on 12 volts, the refrigerator and TV will run while driving. The newly designed Ford E-450 V8 engine is capable of climbing wherever you want to go.

When you climb on board, “Chica” will welcome you with a plate of fresh fruit and a bowl of Peanut M&M's. What you will see when you enter your new Airbnb on wheels are bright rugs with matching throw pillows on the couch and dinette. You’ll also find a new case of bottled water and in the cabinets (along with some necessities) is plenty of microwave popcorn, Frisbees and games of Chutes and Ladders, Phase 10, Clue, and Trivial Pursuit: National Parks Travel Edition.

"Chica" is stocked with all the kitchen essentials you will need: plates, bowls, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, utensils and more. Bedding is provided for one Queen bed, with additional bedding available as an add-on. AND you don't have to worry about towels, wash cloths, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels or toilet paper. Those are all included. And a rugged bicycle rack, which holds up to 4 bikes, is available upon request as an add-on.

Things you will find in the outdoor compartments are camp chairs for the whole family, a large outside mat, a folding camp table, a propane gas barbecue with utensils, and all the necessary equipment for RV electric power and water hookups.

"Chica" is 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and a quick 30 minutes from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. If you are flying into one of these airports, select the Airport Pick-up add-on and we will be happy to pick you up and return you at the end of your adventure. We will drive to a local shopping center and, after your orientation, you can do some quick grocery shopping and be on your way.

“Chica" is ready to help you with creating all of those forever family memories.

Fun and wonderful destinations:
If you have never been there, you won't want to miss the awe-inspiring Grand Canyon National Park, approximately 4 hours north. On the way you can visit the scenic, and world renowned, town of Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon, an easy 2 hours north of Phoenix.

Glen Canyon National Recreation Area is home to Lake Powell and the Glen Canyon Dam. While there don't miss taking a tour of the beautiful Antelope Canyon. Drive a few miles south of Page, along Route 89, and take a short walk to view the breathtaking Horseshoe Bend on the Colorado River. Also, if you are traveling east of Flagstaff along the I-40 make sure to visit the amazing Petrified Forest National Park, the Painted Desert and Meteor Crater. Oh ya, pull off the I-40 at Winslow and live the Eagle's "Take it Easy" song by "Standin' on the corner...". It is "such a fine sight to see"!

Visiting the Saguaro National Park south near Tucson you will see the magnificent Saguaro Cactus, unique only to Arizona and the Sonoran Desert. A short drive west of Tucson is the world-renowned zoo, natural history museum and botanical garden of the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. Also, an hour or so south of Tucson is the world famous western movie town of Tombstone, Arizona.

Arizona has many historic and beautiful National Monuments including the Indian ruins of Montezuma Castle, Casa Grande Ruins, and Wupatki National Monument. Other scenic National Monuments include Chiricahua, Vermillion Cliffs, Walnut Canyon, Canyon de Chelly and Organ Pipe Cactus National Monuments. If you are traveling to southern Arizona, be sure to schedule a tour of Kartchner Caverns State Park, only recently discovered by two ASU students.

For baseball fans, “Chica” is available to travel the Valley of the Sun, visiting your favorite Spring training baseball teams. The Chicago Cubs' beautiful Sloan Park and the Oakland A's spring training field, Hohokam Stadium, are only a few minutes drive. Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, spring training home to the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies, is within 15 minutes. Other MLB teams that spring train in the metro Phoenix area are the Cleveland Indians, San Diego Padres, San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago White Sox, Kansas City Royals, Los Angeles Angels and Milwaukee Brewers.

Some of the many major yearly events in the Phoenix area for which “Chica” is available include the FBR Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson Antique Auto Auction, Fiesta Bowl, Country Thunder Music Festival, NASCAR Subway Fresh 500 at Phoenix International Raceway, Diamondbacks' Chase Field, Arizona Renaissance Festival, and Family Reunions. Or just enjoy a wonderful Airbnb on wheels! We have taken Chica to Golden Sun RV Resort in Apache Junction Arizona, for a weekend retreat, and an outstanding view of the mighty Superstition Mountains. Highly recommended!

Other things to note

If you are booked with us, please see our YouTube channel, “RentRV AZ”, which has several instructional videos we have created and a playlist of videos we feel will be beneficial to you. Just type "rentrv az" in the YouTube search bar.

Your house trained happy canine is welcome with no added fee! Sorry, no friendly, furry felines do to allergies. Please, review the pet regulations for any campground you are considering. Many have instituted stricter rules because of unfriendly pets.

For an additional $10 per day you can add-on our Hollywood Racks Destination 4 Bike Hitch Rack. This bicycle rack will securely carry up to 4 regular bicycles to the trail of your dreams. Sorry, but it is not designed to carry E-bikes.

Absolutely no smoking onboard “Chica” at any time..

Please, allow adequate time (1 to 1.5 hours) for a thorough walk through. This will be especially necessary if you are a novice with RV hookups, as we were as new RV owners.

“Chica” has a 30 amp power service and one A/C unit. With this said, during the summer months renters are encouraged to take her to higher elevations outside of the Phoenix valley area. Chica will sleep 6 with two full Queen size beds, a convertible sofa and convertible dinette. The sofa and dinette are best suited for persons up to 5 ft-4 in.

Please note: We do not rent "Chica" for use at Burning Man.

Well, We love to cruise. So.... when we couldn't go on any more ocean cruises due to covid-19, we decided to start doing land cruises! We went out and bought our beautiful RV. You'll find us lately watching LOTS of YouTube, and manufacturers videos to get up to speed on how to best enjoy our new vacation home on wheels. A perk to land cruising, is we can take our pup Coco! We are looking forward to spending more vacation time with family, especially grandkids.

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.How many people can your RV accommodate?
A.
Even though Chica can sleep up to 8 people, we advertise it at 6 people, because that is the number of seat belts which are in the RV. Two full size queen beds can each sleep two adults. Two on the main bed in the back and two on the overhead loft bed up front. Additionally, the jack-knife sofa and the converted dinette can each sleep two people who are up to 5 foot 4 inches tall, or so.
