Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible with pick up / drop off times, especially in the summer as key exchanges are more pleasant during the cooler parts of the day. Please understand, at times, that may not be possible, do to rentals either the day before, or the day after. Please message us with questions.
Q.
What's included in your Fly-In Package Add-on?
A.
Due to high demand, we are introducing our “FLY-IN PACKAGE"!!! Are you flying in for your adventure? For only $150 we bundle 2 way airport transportation (pick up and drop off to match your flight plans), our extra bedding package add-on, 2 extra towels and hand towels, and a case of bottled water. After we meet you at the airport curb, we go to a nearby Walmart parking lot for orientation, and key exchange. After which you are free to purchase your favorite groceries and begin your adventure.
Q.
How many people can your RV accommodate?
A.
Even though Chica can sleep up to 8 people, we advertise it at 6 people, because that is the number of seat belts which are in the RV. Two full size queen beds can each sleep two adults. Two on the main bed in the back and two on the overhead loft bed up front. Additionally, the jack-knife sofa and the converted dinette can each sleep two people who are up to 5 foot 4 inches tall, or so.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
When we meet for the key exchange, we will thoroughly instruct you on each of these with step by step checklists. Also, we have a YouTube channel where we have video instruction. We recommend you copy this link and view the videos before your key exchange: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvi1CFrqyy1VYstw_RlPwYg . Or you may search YouTube for: "rentrv az". We have created these short videos and a playlist of other videos which will help familiarize you with Chica and driving a motorhome.
