Julio was an excellent host but there were several things that impacted our trip. The pictures did not match the Trailer we rented. In the pictures it shows a full refrigerator with a freezer. Leading up to the trip we bought a lot of frozen items that we could not bring with us. The shower water does not get to a consistent temperature so you get moments of ice cold water. The outside storage compartments have locks but the locks do not work. A more accurate rating would be 3.5.

Julio was an outstanding host! He was very communicative, and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy a 5-day getaway in his camper. The camper was fantastic, with all the amenities - even spices to cook with! It was spacious and comfortable, and everything worked great. I highly recommend this experience!

No smoking. Pets are not allowed. No roof access. No off-roading. Follow towing limits and hitch instructions. Awning must be closed during wind or when unattended. Please do not flush any paper in the RV toilet. Return the trailer clean, with tanks emptied, (or pay a $60 dump fee), ( trash removed) Generator Usage Policy 1 full tank of regular unleaded gasoline Renter must return the generator with a full tank of gasoline. Only regular unleaded gasoline may be used. Generator must be used outdoors only — never inside the RV, tent, garage, or enclosed spaces. Keep at least 15 feet away from the RV to prevent carbon monoxide exposure. Renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, including overloading, incorrect fuel, water damage, or physical damage.
