Equipped with heat, air conditioning, microwave, gas stove and oven, and refrigerator.What's includedNo need to pack your pots & pans, since we've got them for you to use in our fully stocked kitchen; along with utensils, plates, coffee maker, electric griddle and air fryer.Linens and towels available upon request. No pillows provided.A few folding camp chairs, outdoor cooking utensils, along with a portable propane grill are included.RecommendationsThere are many great campgrounds in Ohio's Amish Country. Also some of our nearby favorites are Atwood Lake, Mohican State Park, Mohican Adventures, Coshocton Lake Park, Whispering Hills Jellystone to mention a few.• If you need it delivered please clear this with hosts before booking. There are limited weekends available for delivery.Other things to noteThe trailer has a dry weight of 4705 lbs. and a Gvwr of 6500 lbs. The hitch weight is 580 lbs. It is 11 feet tall. We include a weight distribution hitch with bars and anti-sway bar with every rental. We require a 7-pin electric plug and an electronic brake control.We prefer full hook up sites. If the tank, or tote, needs to be emptied it is your responsibility. There will be a $75 dumping fee if it we need to do it.

Leon and Ruth completely changed my mind about camping — this was glamping at its finest! Their communication was amazing, and the best part was that they had the movie Cars available, which is currently the #1 movie my nephew watches on repeat. We had such a great experience, and I’ll definitely be booking with Leon and Ruth again the next time we head back to Ohio for a camping trip!

We have always enjoyed the outdoors and started out mostly tent camping. As our family grew we felt the need to upgrade to an RV for the added convenience. Most of our camping is at local campgrounds within 45 minutes of home. Our family has spent many weekends camping, swimming, hiking, kayaking, biking or just gathered around a campfire. Our hope is that more families can experience the joys of outdoor living and make many more happy memories.
