Sleeps 4 comfortably, One bed is a fold out into a queen and the 2nd bed is a dinning table converted to a queen. Heater works well one propane tank will be included to use. LED lights work off of a battery which is included. Fan also runs off battery. There is an ice chest in camper can be used but does not supply cold air to it, needs ice. Camper has 4 support jack stands to help level/support camper once set in place. Camper pulls great behind vehicle but is heavy for a 14 footer. Oldy but a goody. Great for small family trips or rugged adventures/camping/hunting/fishing ect... Original trailer lights do not work but new led trailer lights work well on a 4 plug connection.

What's included

Camper is equipped with battery for lights and fan. Propane for heat and stovetop cooking. 4 jack stands for support when camper is set up. AstroTurf rug to be placed at outside entrance for keeping a clean area just outside the camper if wanted. Spare tire strapped near the fold out couch/bed in case of emergency. paper plates, plastic utensils and ground coffee in cabinets. coffee pot and pans for cooking in drawers.

Recommendations

Camper has been used on many fishing, hunting, and hiking trips. It is an easy set up and keeps you out of the weather if needed. Hard sided walls keep the wind out but has a screen door and a fan if airflow is wanted in the camper. It has a good little heater in it and it works well with the little fan in front to push the warm air around.

Other things to note

Camper has an oven but has not been used in many years. It should not be used. water tank does not hold water so make sure to bring your own water for drinking, cooking, ect... no electrical hookups or charging stations. bring a generator or portable solar panel if needed for phone charging. No smoking inside camper.

Trailer is old and pretty junky (the picture is the best side, if it even has a best side). I was surprised when Tyler delivered it how crappy it was. Too late to cancel at that point. He and I set up the awning and it later fell over (no surprise there) I was charged $25 for this bracket that bent. Tyler seemed like a good guy and was very helpful...wished he would have told me about the delivery fee instead of waiting to see if I wold find it in the rental agreement. He charged me $180 to deliver this piece of junk to my yard. You would think he would be happy just to get it out of his yard for a few days. You decide if you want to sleep in this thing out in the woods for a few nights. Guarantee you will be in the ugliest trailer in the camp grounds.

Had a little trouble with the trailer itself, but the owner was very helpful & understanding.
