Bring your clothes, stop at the grocery store, pick up provisions and don’t forget the Smores!This rental includes all bedding needed to get tucked in every night. The queen bed is cozy and comfortable with clean sheets, blankets and pillows. The dinette can be made into a double bed, all sheets pillows and blankets are tucked away into one of the many storage areas under the dining table bench. There are extra blankets for those cool nights when you might need more!The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans to cook most anything your campers request. The oven works great for cinnamon rolls for breakfast. You can have your coffee from the percolator which will work on the stove or can be put right onto the fire grate if you are cooking breakfast outside.The rental also comes with 8 place settings along with mixing bowls, cutting boards and utensils needed for cooking like spatulas, cork screw, and knives.The Bathroom is clean and roomy with a shower and lots of storage shelves in the linen closet. Towels and wash clothes are included.The entertainment system will play DVD's, music and television from the antenna. The camper has an awning that will have to used with care, and will be checked for damage after every rental.Outdoor folding chairs and a small folding table is also stored away ready to be used around the campfire.This camper has one of the largest tanks for potable water on the market at 60 gallons. It has two grey water tanks and one black water tank. The trailer is easy to pull and set up. We will go over all of the systems with you before you pull away to make your own memories. You must have a truck that is capable of pulling at least 5500 lbs., and have a break control system for your truck.This camper can easily be delivered to the US Airforce Academy fam camp for those games or parents weekend visits.We can deliver and set up the camper for you for an additional fee, more information can be found in the Add-ons section and can be discussed on a case by case basis.**Notice: THE Trailer Will BE Winterized Until Warmer Weather.
