3.0Nicole and Matt were very nice but there was one issue that needs to be disclosed to anyone booking. The rv is fine and is represented well in the pictures. However, we had a charge added at the end that was not disclosed before booking or even that there was a potential for the charge. . I asked repeatedly to set a meet up time several months before the trip and was told we would figure that out closer to the event. The week before she tells me 9am. This was too late for me to change the person watching my post surgical dog. At this time she sends me a supplemental rental agreement that I was also not made aware of until then. It states there will be additional charges for waiting in line. I obviously have no control over this but had I known when I booked or even when asked several months ahead I could have made changes to accommodate this time. To throw this charge in at the end and only after I said I couldn’t make 9am isn’t right. I understand their side but it ALL could have been prevented had this been disclosed at booking. She told me cost of fuel and Matt taking off work, etc… were the reason and I do get that but at the end of the day just be up front about costs. Lesson learned for me since I’m out the money and I hope for them as well.
