Live out your own family “Christmas Vacation” with our clean and welcoming 2018 Keystone Hideout. Enjoy all the fun of the RV life without the hassle (or the cousin Eddie scene… unless you really want to )Our camper is a bunk house trailer featuring a queen bed master suite area (with a TV) in the front and a double sized bunk bed in the back. The center section contains the kitchen area and entertainment center (and larger TV with a DVD player) as well as a slide out for the table (which converts into a small bed) and the sofa (which also converts into a small bed). The bathroom is located at the back of the trailer as well and also has its own outside door, perfect for accessing the bathroom without having to track dirt and sand all the way through the trailer, or sneaking in to use the restroom while kids nap inside in the bunks.Outside there is a large 21’ awning with an LED light strip. There are speakers both inside and outside the trailer that you can connect to via Bluetooth to play your favorite music while you lounge around outside by the fire with family and friends.Provide for each rental fee of charge are a s’mores kit, camping chairs, marshmallow roasting sticks, toaster oven, skillets, spatula, bowls, cups, and plates, a lighter, as well as a pack of toilet paper.Available amenities and services also available are:
Delivery (price dependent on location)
Sewer tank dumping and flushing ($50 for you to not be cousin Eddie)

Cleaning: In a rush? No problem we can clean for you for $125 if selected ahead of time (normal level of cleaning expected, if left excessively dirty additional fees may be incurred) If cleaning is not prepaid and the camper is not adequately cleaned according to the checklist, $125 fee will apply as well as an additional $50/hour.

Other things to noteDue to the tight nature and length of the camper only pull through spots can be used if staying at Pirateland or Myrtle Beach State ParkPlease be sure to make sure your camping spot has “full hookups” or a sewer hook up specified. The onboard holding tanks only hold so much wastewater so if your spot DOES NOT have a sewer hook up, you will likely end up needing to shower in the bath house.

My wife and I and our two children love camping and want to share that experience to others looking to try it out! I prefer trips to the mountains in the fall and my wife prefers camping at the beach in the summer time. We also just recently finished renovating a 29' travel trailer. We love everything about the camping life and love the convenience and time spent as a family together. In a few years we want to take a trip out west and see some of our nations most iconic national parks and natural wonders.

Rules and policies

  • Tailgating friendly
  • Not pet friendly
  • No music festivals
  • No smoking
No smoking. Evidence of smoking will result in complete forfeiture of the security deposit.
Use of the awning is permitted, but at your own risk. Any damage will be the responsibility of the renter.
The awning also is to be closed any time the camper is unattended as well as when you go to bed.
It is not advisable to use the awning in the rain. Potential for rain to pool in the awning fabric and cause damage that the renter will be responsible for.
Extended stays longer than 5 days, or any stay with parties greater than 4 people will require a campsite rental with a sewer hook up. Tank capacity cannot handle that much volume. Alternative option if sewer is not available is the required use of the campground public facilities after the tank level reaches 2/3. (toilet should be fine, but you will likely fill the grey tank with that many people taking showers)
Outdoor kitchen is to be closed any time you leave the campsite or retire to sleep for the evening.
One set of keys will be provided. If they are lost or damaged, a fee of $200 will be collected from the security deposit to have them remade.
Interior damage will be the responsibility of the renter. It is advised to purchase interior damage protection through outdoorsy to help mitigate the risk to the renter.
