I had a wonderful time in Big Blue with my puppy, Betty! Bryan was incredibly helpful and did an excellent job explaining the features of the van. The host had the van spotless, gave a very helpful training, was available throughout the trip. Van itself very nicely laid out, all plumbing, hot water, stove, AC, generator all worked flawlessly. A few glitches he warned us of when we picked it weee the only drawback: van little under-powered, tank gauges did not work, and the backup camera did not work. We loved living in it, found it very maneuverable, and easy to use all the systems.
