The campground offers 51 motorhome sites which feature amenities such as electric, showers, and a playground. Keep in mind there is a 40-foot maximum length limit for RVs.

There are many places to explore near Brantley Lake State Park if you’d like to take some day trips with your camper. One spot to consider in Carlsbad is Carlsbad Caverns National Park. The caverns are home to over 119 caves which can be explored by yourself or with a park ranger. In addition to viewing the caves, you could also sign up for one of the many events held here, such as watching the bat flights at night or taking a moon hike with a ranger through the desert. For nature lovers, you’ll also find plenty of stunning native plants surrounding the caverns outside, which include cacti, mushrooms, and wild grasses.
