The RV rental experience from Eddie and CNY RV was excellent. The RV was meticulously clean and neat when we picked it up. Eddie was very helpful getting us setup, explaining all the systems, and giving rookies like us lots of advice and tips. They were there for us when we had an issue with the electrical system, and drove over 2 hours to our campground to diagnose and replace a part (on a Sunday). They did the repair while we were off on a day trip, and had things all fixed that afternoon. I can't say enough about that level of customer service, which is becoming more and more rare these days.

Nick and Carol were fantastic from start to finish. They proactively contacted and coordinated with the campsite owners ahead of time, so when we arrived the RV was already site-ready—zero hassle and set-up was a breeze. Communication was timely and friendly. The RV itself was spotless, comfortable, and very nice—exactly as described (actually better). If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend renting from Nick and Carol!

The camper trailer was clean and very comfortable. The host was excellent—communicative, explained how everything worked, and very helpful throughout. Trailer arrived on time and set up was great. We had a fantastic trip, thanks to Carol and her family!
