Little Pond Campground is a rustic camping destination set in the Catskill Forest Preserve near the village of Margaretville. It's the perfect choice for camping with an RV. It has a picnic area and a beach, both located on the shoreline of Little Pond, and there is a hiking trail that winds its way around the pond in a loop. The trail is relatively easy and is ADA accessible; from the trail, you can connect to other trails that extend into the Catskill Forest Preserve. Some of these trails will take you to the ruins of an old farm; other paths lead to higher elevations in the Touchmenot Mountain, where you'll have a panoramic view of the surrounding area.

You will have opportunities to observe the white-tailed deer and turkeys that call the park home. There are also coyotes, foxes, and bears in the area.
