The Great Outdoors
The Hudson River really is a beautiful body of water. Hudson made sure to preserve some green space right on the river for recreational use. The Henry Hudson Riverfront Park is clean and well kept. Take a nice walk, jog, or bike ride on the paved path that runs parallel to the water, or set your children loose on the playground.
RV Parks
This small riverfront town doesn’t have much to offer in terms of overnight accommodation for your travel trailer rental from Hudson. But, if you find yourself here only for a night or two, there is a Walmart within Hudson boundaries. Speak with the managers there to see if they’d be okay with you parking for the night. It may be amenity-free, but you’ll be super close to downtown.
Exploring the City
Hudson is a happening little town. Warren Street is the main drag, lined with shops and eateries. The patchworks of building structures new and old are well worth a nice stroll down and back plus there’s plenty of window-shopping to be done. Additionally, the town has recently instilled five self-guided walking GPS tours that’ll take you through the important parts of the neighborhood and explain their historical significance.
