This RV has 1 slide out, which opens into a queen-sized walkaround bed.
Sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. There is 1 rear queen-sized bed, an over cab bed large enough for 2 adults, dining table converts into a small bed for 1 adult or 2 children, Kitchen is fully equipped with basic kitchen supplies, microwave, gas stovetop. Bedding not provided. Mounted TV in living space and bedroom with antenna for local channels or hotspot capabilities and games/cards provided for your indoor entertainment. RV also equipped with air conditioner and heater.
RV has retractable awning with LED lighting and outdoor speakers to enhance your outdoor camping experience.
**Delivery and set up available at local campgrounds for extra charge but is subject to availability (message me to inquire). Please feel free to ask any questions, we are here to help make sure you have a wonderful experience!

Exterior does not need to be cleaned unless it is excessively dirtier than when received.
If RV is returned without trash emptied, soiled or stained upholstery, or bedding, there will be a minimum of an additional $200 cleaning fee.
Empty gray and black tanks before return or there will be a $150 fee.
If fuel is not replaced you will be charged the cost of fuel plus a $100 refueling fee

5.0What a great trip to Tennessee! Thanks to Lisa and Michelle and their Outdoorsy RV Rental. We met our daughter's family in TN to Camp at Greeter Falls for a Fun Filled Father's Day and our Daughters Birthday. What a great trip. It all started with a Great RV Rental. Lisa and Michelle bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable with the RV before leaving with great instructions. and even were available via text with quick response times and for phone conversations to help us once we arrived to campsight with a few set up questions. The RV was as descibed; clean and well taken care of. There was plenty of dishes and pots and pans, silverware and paper products. Michelle even contacted us a few hours prior to let us know of an Awning issue but accommadated with giving us an alternative pop up tent. They would fix the awning after we returned and not delay our trip. Great hosts to work with.
