The van was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and fully prepared for our family’s 10-day road trip through South Dakota, Yellowstone, and Grand Teton National Parks. We covered thousands of miles, and the van performed flawlessly the entire trip. What really set this rental apart was the attention to detail and customer service. Barbara was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question, but even better, she anticipated most of them. She provided an iPhone loaded with short instructional videos that clearly explained every aspect of the van’s operation—from hookups and utilities to daily use. It made the entire experience stress-free and gave us confidence from day one. The van was thoughtfully equipped, easy to drive, and comfortable for our family. Whether we were watching bison in Yellowstone, exploring the Badlands, or waking up to mountain views in the Tetons, it served as the perfect base camp for our adventure. We can’t say enough good things about Barbara and her team. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made a great trip even better. We would rent from them again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone considering a camper van vacation.

5.0Great people! Great RV! Great Service. There are so many great things about this RV. The remote control app on the iPhone is extremely convenient! The way the RV drives makes it feel like you are driving an SUV. Very very clean and simple to manage all of the modular features from the pop up bed to the conversion to a king. The air conditioning works great and the washroom was a plus!! We will be back again for our next trip! Thank you Barbara, you and your husband have provided us the best Vehicle to create some great memories for our family!!!!

5.0We had a wonderful experience with Barbara and Bob driving the RV to visit 3 national parks: Carlsbad Carverns, NM, Guadalupe Mountains, TX and Big Bend TX even driving along the 'Mother Road' Route 66. The van was equipped with everything we needed, and squeaky clean. It fit 4 adults comfortably and we quite enjoyed having a family movie night on the TV each night after a long day of hiking. Barbara and Bob were very responsive and helpful. We got a flat tire along the way and appreciated the AAA support and peace of mind that a spare was included. If you are looking for a van to rent, this is it! You will not regret it.

5.0Barbara and Bob have an excellent RV. My wife and I took it to Indianapolis for the weekend from Chicago. It was super clean, drives beautifully, and is in great mechanical condition. Barbara is an excellent communicator and the two of them are extremely nice! Highly recommend them!!
