This Keystone 23 ft bunkhouse is a awesome trailer to take out camping or visit distant friends or relatives. This trailer has been taken care of and has new tires and is always kept clean. The beds sleep 2 on the fold down couch/ futon, the main bed is a queen size bed sleeps 2, the dining table folds down to sleep 2, also the top bunk sleeps one person. TV inside has dvd and tv signal for your viewing pleasure. Dvd player plays cds and speakers outside the trailer work great. What's includedCertain camping gear needed such as bedding, tableware, flat grill, chairs, etc. can be provided for extra fee. We are including a small trailer camping kit with a few trash bags, rv toilet paper, shower body wash, hand soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, and bathroom fragrance spray.RecommendationsThis trailer would need a small generator or to be hooked up to some power source if the microwave and air conditioning is needed.Other things to notePets or any animals (including service animals) whatsoever are not permitted due to allergies.
