No cleaning/dumping fees if RV RETURNED SAME AS RECEIVED. Ck Generator Oil every 6 hours. Ck engine fluids/tire psi every fill-up. No climbing on roof. Renter is responsible for any damage to the RV during the rental. Our insurance deductible is $5k. No smoking/vape. No off pavement use. Cleaning fee $100/hr. Dump fee $195. Late returns $65/hr. Awning/Generator damage up to $4k. Pet traces found $300. Sewer clogs fixed @ renter expense. If a dispute arises out of, or related to, this Agreement, or the breach thereof, the parties agree to first endeavor to settle the dispute in an amicable manner by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Mediation Rules (CMR), before resorting to arbitration. Thereafter, any unresolved controversy or claim arising out of, or relating to, this Agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the AAA in accordance with its CMR. All fees and expenses of the mediation and/or arbitration shall be borne by the parties equally. However, each party shall bear the expense of its own counsel.

Renting from RVRunRental was great. They were very professional, explained everything. The RV was very clean. Matt responded to my initial reservation request within 30 minutes and they always kept in good communication via text. There was a mechanical issue with the stairs of the RV, but they told us about that and had tried to fix it before we picked it up. While we were driving the RV the AC in the cab went out for a bit. We told them about it and they were very responsive and were going to try and fix is ASAP for the next person. I would definitely recommend them to other people and rent from them again.

Mia and Matt were the best.... they walked me through all the things on the RV answered all my questions. It was effortless I would highly recommend renting from Mia very easy to deal with very informational my family loved the trip the RV was outstanding as was the service thank you look forward to our next trip with you guys thank you..
