We call her Classy (Class C). It is a home away from home. She is an easy to drive class C. Plenty of comfortable seating and space with a large slide out. Dinette folds into a bed, couch pulls out into a bed, full Comfy Queen bed in back, and two person bed over the cab. Technically sleeps 8 but 6 comfortably. Comes fully furnished for your camping adventure. Clean linens, blankets, and basic cookware included.
**We take pride in keeping Classy clean and in good condition. We do expect her to be returned in the condition she left.**
** pet fee will be added on at the end if you end up bringing a pet and didn't include the fee**
** no smoking in the rv. There will be a $500 charge to remove the scent of smoke if you smoke in the rv**
**Owner reserves the right to deny any rental at any time**

Tanks must be emptied prior to returning.

Eric was extremely helpful. He even returned a text message for a slight problem that I didn't know how to fix very quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better overview of the camper or support. The RV was in excellent shape and exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend using Eric's rental.
