We had a fantastic experience renting "Pearl" for our family road trip. Charles made the rental process a breeze! He had great communication with us before, during and after booking, and made the pick-up process convenient and straightforward. He explained every aspect of how to operate the van, so we felt super comfortable taking her out for our trip. We took a fairly long road-trip - over 2,000 miles and a full week - and never felt like we were missing any of the comforts of home, thanks to the van rental.
