AC, full wet bath, kitchen and dining area, and two twin beds that fold into nearly a king. Outdoor entertainment features include an awning, outdoor speakers, and a Weber Q that comes with the van! Tyler and Hope are wonderful. The hot water did not work. The tank status was not working so we didn’t know how much water we had left or how full the tanks were (they were showing 100% full but they weren’t). Little things were broken or didn’t work (seat movement). The bed pads are not comfortable and I would recommend to other renters to bring a pad
