This 2016 Dodge Promaster was converted when we got it, and we have made some changes to fit our needs. It is easy to drive and can fit in normal parking spaces.
- ‘Living’ space is double insulated and separate (but accessible) from the cab. All windows have full heavy duty curtains for privacy and heat retention, as well as removable insulating window covers. We do provide a propane heater for cold nights just in case! For warmer nights, the bed is situated beneath the ceiling fan (with remote) which can either blow air out or bring it in. The windows open at the head of the bed as well.
-Storage space under bed, and numerous places to hang things on walls such as jackets/backpacks
-Bed is 60 inches wide and about 5’7 long (Full width of van). We provide a double hammock that stretches the full length of the van as well.
-Propane cooktop/oven
-Rotating/removable table handy for extra space while preparing meals, extra tray under sink
-Sink with 10 gallon fresh water tank is a pvc/lead free foot pump system
-Mini fridge and lights are solar powered.
-Multiple USB outlets throughout to power cell phones and laptops. We are not however- wired for things larger than that such as hair dryers, blenders etc. although inverter does have two 'regular' outlets
-Hitch step for easier access and step stool
