Brian was super helpful. There's a learning curve if you don't have much experience with Airstream travel trailers and it's difficult for a novice to understand it all but Brian did a very good job explaining lots in a limited window of time during the hand-off. The Airstream Flying Cloud was very comfortable and in great shape. We had a little Bluetti battery power generator that was helpful to get the most function from the AirStream when "boondocking" or camping without campsite power service. I communicated with Brian in advance about it and he helped me select the right generator to buy. He also lent us a critical 50-30amp adapter to make it all work. I highly recommend renting the Higgs' AirStream Flying Cloud.

Ryan was an absolutely incredible RV host!
From the very beginning, Ryan was extremely thorough during the walkthrough and made sure we felt comfortable before hitting the road. He also provided easy-to-follow videos that explained how everything worked, which came in handy throughout our trip.
We had a few unexpected issues along the way that were completely out of Ryan's control, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was always responsive, reassuring, and genuinely cared about making our trip as stress-free as possible.
You can tell Ryan truly wants his guests to have an amazing experience. His kindness, attention to detail, and outstanding communication made all the difference. We made so many incredible memories, and I couldn't have asked for a better first RV adventure.
