• When you stay at a campground with power hook ups, you won't have a need for a generator, therefore since you may not need it, we don't charge for its value as a default.

• If your dog(s) soil any of the fabric products (carpet, mattresses, cushions, sheets, blankets, etc.) you will be liable for their professional cleaning or replacement.
• Dogs must be in their kennel(s): while the trailer is being towed, to sleep overnight, and when unattended in the trailer.POST-TRIP CLEAING FEE (starting at $75):
• This trailer is rented clean and must be returned clean. And the applicable gas/propane tanks are rented full and must be returned full. If you do not refill fuel tanks and/or do not properly clean the trailer (by following the cleaning procedures chart), the refueling/cleaning fee will be added to your account.

We have been passionate trailer campers for over 30 years! Our family has explored Utah's scenic wonders from Bear Lake to Moab (and pretty much everywhere in between). Starting in 2024, we are proudly offering our meticulously maintained, like-new trailer for rent. With a fantastic floor plan, it is equipped with numerous amenities and included gear! From the beauty of Starvation Reservoir to the adventure of the west desert, Utah offers limitless outdoor treasures to experience. Let us share our love for camping and the ease and comfort of our exceptional trailer with your family.

Rules and policies
- Pet friendly

RULES:
• Smoking, vaping or pet damage in the trailer will forfeit your security deposit.
• No music festivals. No tailgating. No subletting.
• No one may ride in the trailer while towing.
• It is your responsibility to know and understand the weight capacity that your vehicle can tow. We offer an equalizer hitch which helps control sway and also helps with weight distribution.
• No bicycles, scooters or wagons allowed in the trailer at any time.
• Awning use: You may use the awning however, if you damage it, you will be charged. We will provide a sheet of Awning Instructions and Care for your edification.
• Black tank: Only use biodegradable toilet paper; regular toilet paper will not break down properly and will clog the tank. No feminine hygiene products, trash, food, etc. may be put in the toilet. If the black tank is clogged, there will be a minimum charge of $200 to unclog it (in addition to the Dumping fee).
• Locking and safety: You must keep the trailer doors and compartments locked during towing and when the trailer is not occupied. The generator must be locked at all times. You must use the tongue, hitch and other security locks provided to help avoid theft of items.
• You will be charged for anything that is damaged, broken, lost or stolen during your rental.
