Kitchen features 2 burner gas stove, double sink, and microwave. Lots of lounging room in this rig as the 1 queen and 2 twins also convert to sofa’s for day use!**This unit is delivery only, no self haul!**Just like all of Escape RV rentals, this unit comes fully stocked with cookware, eating utensils, cups, plates, bowls, coffee maker, coffee filters, coffee, creamer, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, fire ring, outdoor chairs, cooler, outdoor rug, bug zapper, outdoor table, grill, propane, and much more. Just pack your clothes and food, and escape!All of our units are thoroughly cleaned following CDC guidelines. Our cleanings include a Virucidal Disinfectant Spray. This is disinfectant recommended to prevent any spread of the coronavirus. All of our linens are washed on highest heat and through a sanitary cycle. -Jetty Park, Cape Canaveral Florida. Beach access is a 5 minute walk, alcohol allowed on the beach and camp store sells beer, great for fishing and bait available for purchase, watch rocket launches and departing cruise ships!
-Blue Springs State Park, Orange City Florida. Great for kayaking, tubing, hiking, and swimming. Manatees swim in these waters and can be observed from the boardwalk or right from your kayak or tube!

- Smoking is prohibited in and within 15ft of the camper. If used cigarettes, ashes, or smoke is found in the unit the cleaning charges will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If any of our amenities (pots, pans, towels, chairs, grill, propane, etc) are damaged or missing upon return of the vehicle, replacement cost will be taken out of your security deposit.
- If an unapproved pet is brought into the unit, a pet cleaning fee will be taken out of your deposit.
-If human or animal urine or feces are found on mattresses, counter tops, floors, rugs, cabinets, shower, sinks, chairs, etc cleaning or replacement fees will be taken from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
-No climbing on the roof. If roof damage is discovered upon return, it will be taken out of your security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- If you choose to take the unit into below freezing temperatures for any amount of time, you are liable for “winterizing” the unit. Failure to do so properly can result in significant damage to tanks and water lines. If any damage is found upon return to tanks, water lines, hoses, or connectors the repair/replacement cost will be withheld from you security deposit and/or insurance claim.
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the manual provided in the unit. Failure to follow any procedures in the provided manual could result in repairs that will be with held from your security deposit and/or insurance claim.

What a great choice! We showed up and everything was there ready for us to enjoy...and we totally did! A HUGE bonus is the Tow Mater golf cart - everywhere we went kids and adults smiled and got excited...not to mention, the park was sold out of golf carts and we didn’t even have to worry about it. I have already recommended this to several friends & we look forward to our next time!
