Rental includes rv toilet paper, trash can and tank chemicals.Kitchen is equipped with most necessities, coffee pot, crock pot, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, sink, utensils, cooking supplies, garbage can, and cleaning supplies.Indoor features: TV in living area, as well as radio with Bluetooth and speakers outdoors. Board games and cards for rainy days and nights by the campfire. Plenty of storage.Outdoor features include:
Power awning, refrigerator, TV, exterior lighting. power jacks, sewer hose, outdoor shower, water hose, electric extension cord, plenty of storage, 2 propane tanks, storage compartments, and stabilizing hitch/sway bars.Complete list of included supplies/item sent upon request.If there is other supplies you would like, please message us to discuss possible accommodations.Please note trailer weight and verify your towing vehicle is able to safely tow the travel trailer. Brake control in tow vehicle is a must. If you prefer, we can deliver the rv to your campsite, and set it up for you. Renter will need to be present to do walk through.Policies:
We will provide you with proper instructions on use of the camper, set up, and clean up. We will also provide written references to review if a question should arise. We are also available to answer questions at anytime. However, we cannot instruct or teach you how to tow a large trailer. If you have no towing experience we advise you to rent a different accommodation or consider having it delivered for you.If you are wanting the rv delivered and return service (for a fee), please contact us before reserving to verify our availability as we do work.We expect the camper will be returned cleaned (Cleaning supplies stocked in camper), tanks emptied, and in same condition as when picked up. If you used our linens, all need to be placed in bathtub (we will wash). However, if you don’t want to bother with clean up, we will gladly do so for the fees listed.Please only use RV toilet paper, we will provide a package for you. DO NOT use regular toilet paper or flush baby wipes, paper towel, sanitary products, or anything that isn’t RV toilet paper.Awning: if you elect to use the awning, please do not tie it down or stake it.
