Separate bunkhouse room with 4 bunks, its own AC, and a smart TV. The master bedroom has a queen size mattress and individual closets. It is generously equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, coffee maker, linens, pillows, and towels. Bring your clothes, and food, and enjoy! On the Outside has an electric awning and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, fridge, and sink. This fully equipped trailer is available for delivery to any site up and down the Colorado River near Parker!
