Q.How long do the grey and black water tanks last without having to dump out?
A.
With up to 6 people, dump outs need to happen about every two days if showers are kept short. This interval can be greatly increased by using the campsite shower and toilet. There is a panel in the kitchen with a gauge showing tank levels. The grey tank (shower, sinks) capacity is 58 gallons and black tank (toilet) is 42 gallons. NOTE: Never leave tanks full without dumping. Otherwise damage to the plumbing can result as well as waste coming down the walls of the RV.

Q.What are the rules in renting the RV?
A.
1) Absolutely no smoking 2) The carpet was new in 2020 and is spotless. Soiled carpet will result in a $500 deduction from your deposit. A $69 damage protection plan that covers the interior of the RV is recommended and will cover the carpet or other interior damage. Customer service at Outdoorsy can add this on for you. 3) No pets 4) Keep off the roof 5) We ask that you treat the coach as if it were your own, thank you.

Q.Will the fresh water tank of the motorhome be filled up prior to the booking?
A.
Generally no. If staying at a campsite, fresh water in the tank is not necessary as the motorhome will be hooked up to the fresh water supply at the campsite. A small amount of fresh water will be filled up for renters who will be driving to campsites for use along the way. If this water must be used for drinking, boil first.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Unless there are extenuating circumstances, weekends can usually be anytime of the day. For weekdays, the pick up or drop off journey would start at 5pm, with arrival time dependent on the distance of the delivery.
