- Prep fee: $250.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Fee also covers Black/ Grey water holding tanks being emptied at pickup. If no RV Dump on site, additional fees MAY apply.

We ended up booking this RV this last minute with Ryan after a prior rental never returned our booking request. Ryan was very responsive to our questions and was up front about an issue with furnace in the RV to let us decide how to proceed. In the end, we kept the booking and Ryan made arrangements with us to ensure we would still be comfortable. Ryan delivered/picked up the trailer from Lawson’s Landing and we had a wonderful time for our three night stay right on the water. The trailer was clean, spacious for our family of three and had all the necessities that a family would need, so we didn’t need to worry about bringing a lot of extra items that you would normally bring to camp. We would recommend Ryan’s RV to other first time RV renters any time.
