Penny is a great camper to spend time with family and friends and explore the great outdoors. Rent Penny as your base to go exploring and have a clean comfy bed to return to.Delivery is required for rental. We also require that you are staying at a verifiable campground or RV park and provide site information.Penny has a master bedroom with a residential queen-sized bed, two closets, and a sliding privacy door. The kids will have plenty of space in double-sized bunk beds. The dinette and sofa convert to beds as well so you can bring the whole family. Includes a 42" TV and AM/FM radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, cooktop, oven, and double sink. The large bathroom has a shower/bathtub, toilet, and vanity. 52 cup. ft. storage space underneath for all your gear. The ducted AC and heater will keep you comfortable any season. Penny has everything you are looking for in a camper!Delivery is available between Monday thru Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM. If you want to escape the heat in the Valley, the KOA campgrounds in Flagstaff and Williams are family-friendly and have full hookups.Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking or vaping. If the unit is returned smelling of cigarette/cigar/marijuana smoke you will be charged a $500 fee.Paid Delivery and setup are required at a verifiable campground or RV park.

1. Awning: Do not use the awning. A canopy is provided for you to use. Do not use the canopy in extremely windy conditions.
2. Roof: Do not climb or walk on the roof of the RV unit.
3. Toilet/Sewer System: Only the provided RV-safe toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet. DO NOT flush anything else including but not limited to: feminine hygiene products, “flushable” wipes, baby wipes, paper towels, napkins, facial tissues, etc. You will be held financially responsible for damages to the RV’s sewer system.
4. Towing/hauling of the RV by anyone except the owner is not allowed.
5. Drop-off/Pick-up: The owner and renter will meet for approximately one hour at drop-off and one hour at pick-up to go over using the RV, set-up, and tear-down, hand over keys, and sign paperwork.
6. Early returns: If you would like to have the RV picked up earlier than the agreed-upon day and time due to illness or other emergency, please contact the owner as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
7. Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the RV unit and will result in a $500 fee charged to the renter at pick up.
8. Cleaning: The RV unit should be cleaned to the same condition or better than when delivered. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the renter if the RV unit is returned without being cleaned.
9. Storage Tanks: We will empty the tanks for you. It is included in the rental price.
10. Theft/RV Retrieval: If the RV unit is not at the same location that it was delivered to when the owner arrives to pick up the RV unit, the unit will be considered stolen and reported to local law enforcement agencies. In addition, the renter will forfeit their security deposit and will be charged late fees of $25 an hour up to 8 hours, and then a full day’s rental for each 8 hours beyond that. If the owner has to retrieve the RV unit from another location than the one it was delivered to, the renter will be held responsible for paying any and all travel fees (lodging, gas, food, etc.) related to the RV retrieval.
11. Campgrounds/RV Parks: The RV unit will only be delivered and picked up to and from legitimate campgrounds, RV parks, RV resorts. Boondocking or dry camping is not allowed.
12. Pets: Dogs are allowed at no additional charge. The cost of any damages caused by pets will be deducted from the security deposit. If the repairs cost more than is covered by the security deposit, the owner is responsible for the costs. Other animals require prior owner approval in writing.
13. Refrigerator: RV refrigerators are not the same as household refrigerators. The owner will turn on the refrigerator approximately 24 hours prior to delivery for the refrigerator to start cooling off. For the refrigerator to perform at its best, the owner recommends these tips especially in hot weather:
Open the door as little as possible and limit the amount of time that the door is open.
Make sure that the refrigerator is not overstuffed with food so that it can cool efficiently.
Consider using an ice chest for water, drinks, or other frequently accessed items and keep meats, eggs, and meal ingredients in the RV refrigerator.
14. Damages: Everything in a towable travel trailer is designed to be lightweight so that it can be towed. The downside of that is that things will break if treated too roughly. If you do not want to be responsible for the cost of repairs, use care and be gentle when opening cabinets, drawers, doors, and appliances and flushing the toilet and remind your children to do the same.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pickup/Drop off is available Monday-Saturday between 8 AM to 8 PM. Sundays are 2 PM to 8 PM. Other arrangements are available per request.
Q.Why do you require delivery and setup?
A.
There are way too many things that can go wrong with towing a 32 ft trailer. Let us take on that worry and stress so that you can just enjoy your vacation. We will also provide full training to you after setup.
