We will do our best to winterize the unit with insulation and antifreeze but if damage does occur due to freezing water the RENTER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES, and part or all of your deposit will be withheld. In these situations it may be better to forgo using the onboard water tanks.

- Security deposit: $1,000.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $65.00. This includes a $50 cleaning fee that covers cleaning and sanitizing the unit at the end of each rental, as well as a $15 dump fee that we pay to dump the septic tank. We dump so you don't have to!

Great travel trailer. Everything worked and the layout was great. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator/ freezer was super cold and the size was great. It was also built up and not on the floor. Lance was great, very professional and easy to work with. Would definitely rent this one again! Thank u Lance

Q.How does the electrical work?
A.
The trailer is equipped with a solar panel and 2 deep cycle batteries. The batteries will power the lights, USB ports, the water pump, and the stereo for your entire trip as long as the solar panel is getting adequate sunlight during the day. The stove, fridge, water heater, and furnace are powered by propane and the 2 tanks will last quite a while depending on use. The AC and outlets will need to be powered by the generator or the trailer will need to be plugged into a 120v power source.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Flexible pick up, we will wave the delivery fee if it is under 15 miles.
Q.Why do we charge for septic tank dumping?
A.
We charge a $15 dumping fee to cover the fee we are charged at the RV dumping site. This ensures you can rest easy knowing we'll take care of this unpleasant required event, giving you a completely stress and 💩 free vacation.
