Very spacious living area. Big shower with a seat. Kitchen has an island to help with food prep.**this is a fifth-wheel trailer. If you are renting for anything at the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry Georgia, you will need to make a spot reservation through the fairgrounds. We will gladly take the camper out there and set it up for you. Just let me know when you make the booking. What's includedFresh linens for all beds
