This trailer has one bath, a kitchen, U-shaped dinette, along with a convertible dinette/bed. There is also a brand new memory foam Queen mattress for your comfort. This beautiful camper has windows throughout the camper, allowing you to experience the fresh air or climate controlled A/C or heat along with a tv and DVD's or streaming if you have typical Colorado weather during your adventure. Indoor and outdoor LED Lighting, Bluetooth indoor/outdoor speakers as well as a solar panel for your off grid dreams.
With this trailer you have the option of comfortably sleeping four with a queen bed, along with a full size dinette.
Leave no trace, but make lots of memories in the great outdoors.
What's includedWhat's included:
We will not provide, toiletries or disposable, however the toilet paper will be provided.
We will not provide sleeping bags or pillows. Hand towels and bathroom towels will be provided.
For the kitchen, we have the basic necessities, pot, pan, dish and hand soap, cutting board, fridge, freezer, sink, coffee pot, utensils, plates, cups, can opener and bowls. There is an option to rent an outside griddle for your outdoor cooking needs.
Finally, we have an outside mat, awning, four camping chairs, as well as a propane fire pit (in case of fire bans).

TOWING: Towable as long as the vehicle is capable of pulling 4000 lbs for the fully loaded trailer.
Dump all grey and black tanks before returning. If not, there will be an additional fee.RecommendationsClean trailer before bringing it back. There are cleaning supplies stocked to sweep and mop the floor, wash the dishes, and wipe down all surfaces. There will be an extra cleaning charge if its dirty.Other things to noteAll items in the camper are to remain in the camper, including cleaning supplies. Accidents happen when loading / unloading personal belongings but renters will be responsible for replacing any missing or damaged items at full cost.
Renters are also responsible for replacing any LP gas used, dumping tanks, and returning the unit fully cleaned.
