The motorhome and it’s contents need to be returned in the same condition in which it was when picked up.

2. Propane tanks refilled
3. Sewer and grey water tanks emptied
4. Any used kitchen/barbecue items washed and put away
5. All trash taken out
We will wash all bed linens and bath/kitchen towels for you.
Absolutely NO Smoking! ($500 Cleaning Fee will be applied if there is an odor of cigarette or campfire smoke.)
$500 Security Deposit will be collected in full and applied towards deductible for all insurance claims.
Cleaning Fee may be charged if the RV is not returned in the same condition in which it was picked up in.
