5The customer service is top tier. There were a few problems with the unit but they were remedied and I would go back to them for a unit rental again

3Great time, trailer was iffy, hpropane was turned off, no heat first nite, no power to outlets Gen breaker was tripped, after a call to Outdoorsy Tech support they got us running, great resource...thanks for making the difference.

1The unit had numerous scrapes, bent and or broken places inside and out. One rear compartment wouldn’t open due to previous damage. The linen package was complete w/new sheets/pillow cases but the blankets were not clean. We went and bought our own to make it through. IMO this unit shouldn’t be in a rental fleet/scenario.

1The two main reasons ( toilet and shower) why we rented were the two main reasons why we were stressed the entire vacation time. The black tank sensor showing it’s full when we have not been out for half of the day. The shower floor drain was not working with the water pump on. The whole Rv unit itself was dirty also. Infairness to Nathan, he responded to our text acknowledging the flaws of the unit.

1.5Staff was very nice and helpful. Rv was very clean. And now the bad things. On our trip when when threw snow and rain. wiper blades was worn out, three leaks, above driver and passenger seats, center of roof above fridge was a real bad leak. This leak have been going on for sometime. At the fridge all the MDF had delamination. The bathroom had a very bad urine order. Toilet sometimes worked, the times it did not you had to turn off the water pump switch. There was no curtain for the kitchen sink window and for the rear of the cab area. The ladder to the bed space over the cab was missing a ladder hook bracket. One seat belt was broken at the kitchen table. Rear compartment large storage door was bent and could not use it. The worst thing was the furnace. They told us that it was having problems with it. So they gave us a space heater to use. At the time i did not give it much thought... I should have. The first night in Sedona with a low of 31 degrees, found out one space heater would not keep it warm at all. The next day we had to buy another one. This was the hardest thing to cope with. We like to stay at state parks with out hook up. But with the furnace not working we had to stay in places with electric hook up to keep from freezing. All of this with a 3 and 5 year old. After the first night i called to see if they had another RV to switch into. They did not. We have our own RV and we camp in rented RVs twice a year for a week. We flew out from Maryland with a detailed family trip planed. With the furnace not working, this forced us to search for parks with electric hook ups available. Impossible during Dec 27th to Jan 2nd. If you rent this RV make sure all listed items are fixed Tim Hatfield
