The listing of the RV is very misleading, the pictures do not provide an accurate representation of the RV. The upholstery is peeling on nearly every seat, bench, and chair. Not just cracked, peeling away from the furniture. The unit was not clean, not only were the floors dirty, while pulling out the sofa bed we found dirt, spiders, and ticks. None of the bedding had been cleaned. We had to wash all the bedding and do a deep clean and spray for bugs and ticks. Two hours into the trip one of the brackets that held the sliding doors broke off, the doors would not stay while in motion. The dvd players both were jammed with discs and had to be manually removed. A windshield wiper flew off during a rain shower in day one and we had to stop and replace it. Chad did call us back when we advised him of the situation. Two days before we returned, the refrigerator stopped working and the error code could not be resolved. There was no info in the vehicle on how to repair and the 7 recommendations online failed to solve the problem. At this point we were so frustrated with the trip we didn’t even reach out to Chad We returned the vehicle in better condition than we received it
