This is a beautiful and luxurious 5th wheel by Grand Design. Top of the line with all the amenities that you need. This spacious 5th wheel will sleep 6 people comfortably. With dual pull out couches in the living room and king bed in the master bed room, everyone will get a good night sleep. This trailer has dual 15,000BTU air conditioners to keep you cool during the summer along with a 35,000BTU furnace to keep you warm during the winter. Also has a beautiful electric fireplace in the living room for added comfort. Kitchen is decked out with microwave, gas cooktop, oven, large sink, pantry, large fridge & freezer which will be cold upon your arrival. This trailer comes with everything you need to stay in it including linens, towels, toilet paper, kitchenware, etc. We know how important it is to have your furry family on your camping trip so this trailer is pet friendly.Features:

Fees
- Security deposit: $600.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $50.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit for each rental. All linens are washed, dishes/cookware cleaned, and paper towels/toilet paper replenished.

After doing extensive research and reaching out to different hosts, I decided to rent an RV from Blake. There were numerous factors in making my desicion. The deciding factor was the great communication with Blake.

Loved our stay! Blake did all the hard work of taking and setting up RV and left it welcoming us! Perfect for our stay.. most comfortable bed and shower large with great water pressure and lots of hot water!! Thank you Blake so much!!!
