Provides thorough, responsive support

Hosts consistently provided detailed walkthroughs, promptly answered in-trip questions, and offered smooth airport pickup/drop-off assistance including rides to terminals.

Drives easily, parks anywhere

The Solis is clean, well-equipped, and easy to drive/maneuver. It performs well on highways, fits regular parking spots, and gets ~16.5 mpg. Pop-up bed and heating work great; shower is small.

Overall it was just okay. There was an initial issue and we had to get another van, which was fine. He offered us a discount which was nice. We added starlink, which he let us have for free. There were a few issues that left me feeling meh about it overall. The outlets in the van only work when plugged into shore power. So if the things you need to charge & don’t have a usb you can’t charge anything unless you pay to hook to shore power. We don’t consume a lot of power so we didn’t plan to pay to hook up to shore power. I feel like this should be noted in the description. You can’t run the heat and use the stove at the same time which sucked when it was cold in the morning & we wanted to make breakfast. Our kiddos slept in the pop up but there was a rather large hole in it. The hole went straight outside not to netting, just for reference. We had to try to stuff a rag in it after the entire container of band aides was used and didn’t last to cover it. The rag only sort of worked as the kids moved around a lot in their sleep it’d come out. Leaving lots of bugs flying in, making for very upset kiddos. There were also other random small holes in it. The larger window that allowed air to flow through was broken and only opened straight to the outside no net. The zippered bug next on the slider doors is as also broken so we weren’t able to be parked with the door open unless we wanted bugs inside. Luckily the starlink was free. We used it one night. He was nice to give us an extra battery designated for the starlink. However we used it roughly one hour just to let the kids have some iPad time. By the end of the hour the battery was at 23%. Once again without hooking up to shore power made this useless for us. It’s also important to not that starlink can only be used parked. And you have to take the unit out and sit it outside. I feel like this should also be put in the description. There was no type of trash can or bags. Nor any paper towels. Maybe that’s something that’s not as big of a deal but when the advertisement says to just bring your personal items I sort of expect at least a trash bad or two. Plus some paper towels. Lastly, probably just my own preference but the items that are there to use I.e kitchen & cleaning stuff. It could be better organized to help give the renter more space. We own our own van, we are used to utilizing every bit of space. The items left for us took a ton of space when they didn’t need to. Oh if you travel to places that are cooler at night and want to not use the heat bring your own blanket. There was only 2 in the van. One went to the kiddos. Both of them are rather thin, which is fine if you stay in Phoenix but we moved around to cooler areas. Some nights were rather cold. We ended up using the heat to supplement. Overall it was just okay. I’m not sure I’d rent again with all of the issues.

Rented a camper van from TB Rentals for a California trip and it was perfect. The van was clean, comfortable, and made traveling super easy. The manager was very helpful and gave us a great walkthrough before we left. Plus, the pickup spot was only 5 minutes from the airport, which made everything super convenient. Highly recommend!

The RV was exactly as expected. We received the RV close to Phoenix Airport and got a very helful instructions. During our trip we had a few questions which were answered immediately. We went to Sedona, Flagstaff, Monument Valley, Lake Powell and the Grand Canyon. During out trip we had tenperatures from 28 to 72 degrees, most of the time at cam sites without electricity or water. The heating and all fearures of the RV were easy to use and worked great. We met the host the airport RV return point and he gave us a ride to the terminal we needed to go. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
