This 2016 Forest River Coachman Freelander family RV is a well kept, 33 foot, gas powered RV that is convenient for any group of family/friends. 2 slide outs expand the living area plus an awning extends the entertainment area for outside dining (with an outside TV.) The master bedroom has a privacy door & its own TV with plenty of closet & drawer space. When the door is open, the queen size bed looks at the two bunk beds (each with their own TV/DVD player). There is a large sleeping or storage area over the cab which easily sleeps two adults. The living room has the largest TV, a DVD player, & the rooftop antenna controls. The full size couch & dinette booth both covert to beds. It should easily sleep 8 adult & 2 kids. The premium amenities that came with this RV make you feel like you have your home with you. Plus the RV is stocked with almost everything you could need, including cook wear, mixing bowls, utensils of all types & even some common spices/pantry items. The air keeps the RV cool even in the Florida sun & the heat keeps you warm even in Ohio's winter. There is a bathroom with separate toilet & glass doored shower. The stove/oven & hot water heater run on propane, & refrigerator on either propane or electric. The generator runs on the same gas as the engine & can run the air conditioner & 110 plugs. There is also a 30 amp plug to use electricity at a campsite that helps keep the two 12 volt batteries for the living area charged. This rig is so easy to drive & set up, it can be done easily by one person. There is a rear facing camera that can always stay on. At a campsite, you would just back in, put the slides out, plug it in, hook up the water, cable and sewage hose, leaving the gray water open & only dumping black water when full. For outside fun, there are led lights to attach to the awning, a hammock with a stand, a plastic picnic table with 8 folding chairs, two sports chairs, a propane stove outside, & a smokeless fire pit. What's includedFresh linens, pillows, foam padding for all sleeping areas not beds (must request due to space requirements), towels, washcloths, floor mats and rugs.Outside table and chairs, plus two camping chairs. Hammock & Stand. LED lights.Cookware, utensils, mixing bowls, regular coffee maker, ice tray. You can rent a portable icemaker for an extra $25, but note it takes up a large amount of counter space. There is a rooftop antenna but I will include two other attachable digital antennas just in case you don't get good reception. There are a total of 5 TVs! Plus you can add a rental of a Verizon high speed hotspot for an extra $50.If you are flying in & would like to use some coolers, please give me notice. We can discuss anything else you may need.
RecommendationsI suggest traveling to the keys or one of the springs in Florida. There are websites that help property owners and campers come together to rent private property instead of campsites and many of them have full amenities.Other things to noteDogs and cats are both welcome as long as they do not urinate inside. If you have animals, I would appreciate it if you would let me know to include some waterproof blankets to put on the bottom bunk just in case :)Please note that in Charlotte County, Florida we have to charge the 7% sales tax PLUS a 5% tourist tax.PLEASE no smoking inside, no festivals and no tail gating. If you are brand new to RVing, please let me know so we can go over everything in detail.

Meet your host, Doni

Member since 2022

I am a native Floridian who loves to spend time outside. I also love to spend time with my family, especially my 3 grown children. My RV is perfect for that since it sleeps so many and its so easy to drive myself. I decided to rent out my RV so others can experience the closeness of RVing together. My family and I love to RV around Florida, especially the Florida Keys and Tallahassee. There are many ways to find campsites so there are many options!
