The "westy" was already the world's most exquisitely designed camper van, but with all the upgrades this owner has done (including a Bluetooth stereo), now the van is even better than the original! Sweet Caroline has had a full restoration in and out, but retains her retro charm. Sweet Caroline's owner likes nothing more that than restoring VW's, so you can rest assured this rig is dialed in.Sweet Caroline is a full camper with a sink, stove and fridge and is fully equipped for an adventure with everything you could possibly need. Mechanically she's been upgraded for performance and reliability, with a Subaru engine that purrs like a kitten. The best part? Shes got an automatic transmission so you don't have to brush off your manual driving skills.The Back bench seat converts into a bed for two. Yes, technically speaking, the pop-top converts into a second bed, but this van really is best with just two campers. If you have more than two, we recommend you add the tent package for additional passengers (see add-ons when booking). You'll want the extra space to be comfortable. We specialize in providing adventure camping vehicles ready to explore Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. We also offer a selection of vans in Phoenix, AZ to explore the southwest (Road Trip Arizona). Our vehicles come stocked with everything you will need for your road trip including bedding, cooking and kitchenware, cleaning supplies, maps, guide books, camp chairs and more. Our Portland OR. location is conveniently located 3 miles from the Portland International Airport and just a block from the light rail MAX station making it easy to get to and from the airport or just about anywhere in Portland. Our Phoenix location, is located at 5346 N. 91st ave in Glendale AZ about 20 minutes from Sky Harbor.

Our normal pick up time is 11am however special arrangements can be made to pick up anytime between 9am - 5 pm subject to availability. Please confirm a pick up time at least one week before your rental and make sure to let us know if you are going to be early or late. Rentals are based on a 24 hr rental period meaning the pick up and drop off times are the same. It is possible to extend your drop off time however we charge extra in 1/2 day increments.
