We've rented from Southwest several times. We've always been happy and will continue to rent in the future.

I can’t say enough about Mark and how he treats customers. We rented a class A for three days. The first night my wife had a life threatening medical emergency. We raced 85 miles to a hospital. In my haste, I did not properly stow everything. We damaged the power cord beyond repair and could not continue our trip. I called Mark to tell him we had to cut short our trip due to this damage. His response? “It’s not the end of the world David, the main thing is that your wife is safe.” I broke his rv and he’s worried about my wife? How kind is that? In addition, he is being extremely fair about repairing the rv. I would recommend renting from him unconditionally.
