Beautiful 2017 13’ Scamp trailer with flushable toilet, shower, propane hot water gas furnace, electric tongue Jack and electric breaks, range, fridge, and ICE Cold AC (AC runs on shore power or on an inverter generator with at least 2000 watts capacity- not included). The dinette folds into a big bed that sleeps two adults comfortably in about 30 seconds. This whole rig only weighs about 1800 pounds so you can tow it with a smaller vehicle. Can hook up to city water or has a fresh water tank as well as a black water tank for the toilet.The Scamp has lots of storage options available as well as 2x 120v wall outlets and 1x 12v wall outlet inside. There is 1x 120v wall outlet on the outside. All the windows open and have built in bug screens. The main entrance has a really nice sliding screen door to keep the bugs out as well. One thing i love about this trailer is even though it’s very compact you can still stand up in it!Close to Anna Marina Island, Fort Desoto Beach and campground, Clearwater Beach, Siesta Key Beach as well as the cities of Tampa, Saint Petersburg, Clearwater, and Sarasota!Included extras:
