Great experience. The owners were very nice and the van was in great condition. The van was easy to drive, it was clean and had everything needed, including heat, for a trip in the Pacific Northwest with temperatures in the mid 50 degrees. Communication was easy as the owners are responsive and explain everything. I was concerned about filling propane for example and they had written instructions of where to go and that propane refill is done by the gas station owner. Seems simple, but as a first time camper van renter- there a few simple things to think about - and the owners were so helpful in this area. I'd recommend renting from them and would do so myself again.

This was our first camper van rental experience. Bulephi Yi was excellent in giving us all the instructions we needed to understand the van, and even provided a convenient guide on where to best fill-up and dump our water upon return. The van was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens provided kept us warm and cozy. Bulephi Yi was super responsive when we had questions about the van, and always replied right-way. We're glad this was our first experience, and we look forward to renting the van again for our next trip!

The owner was nice from start to end, she gave us a full briefing and show us how to use the campervan. The van was brand new, well kept, she also asked about suggestions. We mentioned that we can other RVs have a mat on the camp site, so the dirt can be wiped off before getting back to the van, the owner appreciated our suggestions. We will definitely book this van again for our next camping trip.
