Rules and policies
Although the fenders are walk-on, we don’t recommend that you climb on the roof of the camper for any reason.
Any and all components of the solar panel system, the lithium batteries, the inverter, or the battery monitor should be left alone; the system has been wired in such a way that tampering with the components of the system for purposes other than monitoring is unnecessary.
The 5,000 btu air conditioner can only be operated using shore power (from a 110 volt power source) or a generator. The air conditioner can never be powered by the solar panel system or lithium batteries.
When shore power or a generator isn’t available, all components (except the AC) that require power can be run from the inverter in the camper. All components can be run from the lithium batteries for an average of 8 hours. It is not recommended to run the batteries past 20% depth of discharge. Discharging the batteries beyond this point can result in damage. If the batteries run down to or below 20%, it will be necessary to connect to shore power (110v) or a generator.
There are two wall plugs towards the front of the camper, on the inside. One is labeled shore power/generator, the other is labeled inverter/solar. When operating all electronics off of the lithium batteries, the plug with the red tape should be plugged into the receptacle labeled inverter/solar. When operating all electronics off of shore power/generator, the plug with the red tape should be plugged into the receptacle labeled shore power/generator. Important! The AC can only ever be plugged into and run off of the plug labeled power/generator.
The camper hitch coupler is 2”. A special tow hitch receiver will be provided that allows for extra security when the camper is in tow. This added security feature must be used when towing the camper.

We love to travel. So much in fact that we travel an average of 15,000 miles a year, in search of the many bounties that our great country and the outdoors has to offer. National Parks are our favorite destinations. Our top three favorite National Parks are the Grand Tetons, Dinosaur National Park, and Carlsbad Caverns, in no particular order. We have camped in forty-three states, and we aim to camp in the last seven states within the next five years.
