1.0Hosts were nice and friendly but we had a couple issues. The battery connector wasn’t working so we couldn’t use the lights. We blew a tire on the way home and they had no proper tools to change it, luckily a nice stranger pulled over and helped us. We communicated the whole time with them what was going on. When we dropped off the camper they told us the tire was still under warranty and it was no big deal. We showed them what side the tire blew, and it had ripped the fender off, which we had no idea about. They didn’t mention anything to us about the fender when we dropped it off, even after showing them the damage the tire did. We were under the impression that everything was good when we dropped it off, we didn’t put up a fuss about the blown tire or battery not working. But then they filed a damage claim against us for the tire and fender, which was completely out of our control. We didn’t stay in a campground where we could have possibly run over anything, and we were on the highway when it happened. I would have given them a 4-5 star rating even after everything cause they seemed super nice and chill about it all but not after they filed a claim against us.
